So Easy So Healthy Oatmeal Vegan and Gluten-Free Breakfast Recipe

Greetings 4am Fitness Crew.

It must be winter in my neck of the woods; I am eating delicious warm oatmeal breakfast bowl. And it is packed with wholesome goodness. This recipe is a creamy, soothing, fiber packing, antioxidant punching bowl of delicious nutrition.

It is time to DETOX!!!

Recipe Highlights

  • High Fiber

  • Low Calorie 

  • Low Sodium

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

  • Gluten-Free

  • Low Cholesterol 

  • Low Saturated Fat

 Ingredients: Organic ingredients highly recommended

  • ½ Cup of Roll Oats (Gluten-Free is my Preference) 

  • 2/3 cup of Plant Milk (my preferences are Almond and Canned Coconut milk)

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 1/3 cup of Blueberries

  • 1 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Meal or Grounded flaxseeds

  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup

  • ¼ Teaspoon of Vanilla extract

  • A Dash of Ground Cinnamon 

  • Sprinkle Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (Optional) 

  • Raisins (Optional)

  • Raw Walnuts (Optional)

Directions 

  1. Add to pot on a medium low heat, Plant Milk, Roll Oats, Vanilla Extract, and a dash of Cinnamon.  Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more milk if needed.

  2. Remove from heat, put in bowl, and top with the other ingredients.
