Greetings 4am Fitness Crew.

Permit me to provide a limited peek at who we are.

If you live for that breathtaking moment (that never gets old) when the sun rises over your fitness routine, welcome to 4am Fitness Crew.

  • If you are up at 4am in preparation for your fitness routine, you are a member of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • If your coffee is brewing at 4:15am – in preparation for your fitness routine, you are a member of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • If you are a busy mom squeezing in that early morning yoga session before the house comes alive with the kids, you are most definitely a member of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • If you are icing your knees at 4:15am – in preparation for your 5am run - you are a member of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • If you are strapping yourself into your racing wheelchair at 5am in the dead of winter in preparation for a punishing training run – welcome to our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • Early morning beach swim? Yes, you are also a 4am Fitness Crew member.

  • If you are at the gym when the doors open at 5am, you are a member of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • Walking your dog at 4am or 5am or 6am? Both you and your trusted canine are certainly part of our 4am Fitness Crew.

  • You crave the stillness, the anonymity of an early morning run or walk, a bike ride, or meditating in the park, you are a member of the 4 am Fitness Crew. 

  • If the happiest time of the day is stepping outside at 5am and deeply inhaling the joy of a new day, you are a member of the 4am Fitness Crew. 

We are just a bunch of fitness and wellness enthusiast who are happiest in the stillness, the serenity, the anonymity … the joy that fills our lungs as we gently step into a new day in the early morning hours. 

No, we are not afraid of 7am – we just absolutely need this precious space for self-reflection and self-care. To be candid, if we don’t embrace our inner 4am, 7am (and beyond) will crush us. 

Our 4am fitness space is more an ideal than a “perfect” hour. It is that space where we turn the quiet up and let stillness encompass us. Keeping at bay anxiety and fear and self-loathing.  This is a space where we celebrate Stillness, Gratitude, Self-love and Movement. 

No shouting. No screaming. No opinionating. Stillness.

In the beauty of this stillness, we can open ourselves to the best of ourselves. 

From this space flows renewed purpose and perspective. 

Now that you have embraced the best of you, you can now embrace the best of others; 4am and beyond.  

Welcome 4am Fitness Crew to this wellness journey. We are here at 4am to provide you with some extra motivation and inspiration, along with fitness, wellness, and nutrition tips – and even some laughter, as you live your very best life, 4am and beyond.
